1. Service Delivery Terms
AnchorWorkx provides digital engineering services as described in individual service agreements. All services are delivered according to agreed-upon specifications, timelines, and milestones defined in the project scope document.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as specified in the agreed project scope
- Significant deviation from agreed timelines without justification
- Technical defects that cannot be resolved within reasonable timeframes
- Mutual agreement to terminate the project before completion
3. Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed versus the total project scope. For milestone-based projects, refund amounts are determined by the proportion of completed versus pending milestones. Administrative fees of up to 15% may apply to cover processing costs.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project reference number and a detailed description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Work completed and accepted according to project milestones
- Third-party licenses or services procured on your behalf
- Consulting hours already delivered
- Custom development work that has been deployed to production

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AnchorWorkx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
AnchorWorkx provides digital engineering services including web development, backend systems architecture, API development, and related technical consulting. Specific service deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Standard payment structure includes:
- 30% deposit upon project initiation
- 40% upon completion of development phase
- 30% upon final delivery and acceptance
Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work are transferred to the client. AnchorWorkx retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in development. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
AnchorWorkx's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work completed prior to termination. Upon termination, all completed work and source code are delivered to the client.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Oradea, Romania, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection legislation.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce.
